This medium sized cross body bag is designed to keep your hands free and your essentials close. It's roomy enough for your everyday essentials. Each piece is uniquely crafted out of previously loved, well traveled denim and other rescued materials. Choose your favorite color of denim, color for the interior fabric and number/type of pockets.

Processing time- Because our items are handmade, orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days before shipment. During holidays or periods of high volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address you provided at checkout.
Shipping methods-We currently ship within the United States and Canada using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS or Fedex. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

Shipping Rates-Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package size and selected shipping method. From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offers will be clearly displayed on our website.
Order tracking-Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.
Shipping address-please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at refabbedbybuttonwood@gmail.com. We'll do our best to update your address before your order ships.
Lost or delayed packages-Once a package has been given to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier's responsibility. If your package is delayed, lost or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need assistance, we're happy to help you file a claim or investigate the shipment.
Damaged shipments-If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the damaged item and photos of the shipping packaging. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement, repair or refund when appropriate.
International shipping-At this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated.

Because every piece is handmade, slight variations in color, texture and stitching are part of its unique character and are not considered defects.
ÂEasy Returns-We accept returns of eligible items within 15 days of delivery. To qualify for return, the item must be in its original condition and be free of stains and odors.
Custom and Personalized Orders-Because custom and personalized orders are made specifically for you, all custom, personalized and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Hassle-Free Process-If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at refabbedbybuttonwood@gmail.com. Include your order number and a clear description of your concern. We will work with you to provide replacement, repair or refund as appropriate.
Refunds-Once your return is received, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective item.
Return Shipping-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
